Description

Lead client projects and business development efforts to deliver innovative service-oriented architecture (SOA)-based solutions that address clients most challenging business, technology, and system integration needs. Plan and deliver IT systems integration, SOA, and application development projects. Work closely with a team to develop and enhance SOA intellectual capital and capabilities. Collaborate with leadership across the firm to develop comprehensive, integrated solutions. Develop client relationships with target clients through the delivery of high-quality work. Build a consulting team that can execute SOA-based projects. Demonstrate the ability to design the right solution to meet the clients needs, build relationships with colleagues and clients, and create value for client organizations through excellent client service and project delivery.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: (Required)

-4+ years of experience with leading IT architecture and software development initiatives for commercial organizations or the federal government

-3+ years of experience with SOA or Enterprise Architecture

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

 

Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)

-2+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation work, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing

-2+ years of experience with designing and implementing n-tiered application architectures

-Experience with government contracting, including core government IT standards

-Knowledge of healthcare technology and standards

-Knowledge of how SOA and cloud computing work together

-Knowledge of Web Services standards, technologies, and tools, including XML and others

-Ability to show an interest in the potential of SOA

-Ability to be an innovative thinker

-Ability to interface and communicate at the executive level, including with CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects

-Ability to show an interest in contributing to whitepapers or proposals

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MBA or MA or MS degree
